The data you provide voluntarily through the site's forms (name, email or phone and your message) and the simulation data you choose to share with us. To prepare a more relevant follow-up, we may also consult public information about you (for example, your website or public professional profiles). We do not buy databases from third parties nor collect sensitive data.
To respond to your request, provide real estate advice, support your process and organise our internal follow-up. We use artificial intelligence tools (providers such as Anthropic and, subsidiarily, OpenAI) as processors, under data processing agreements and adequate safeguards; these may process data outside the European Economic Area (USA), based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not use your data for anything else without your consent, and we never sell it.
We keep your data only for as long as necessary: typically up to 24 months after the last contact for enquiries that did not proceed, and the applicable legal periods for clients. You can request deletion at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, restrict, object to processing and delete your data, as well as the right to portability. To exercise any of these rights, simply send us an email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

To provide a relevant service, we analyse the data of contacts in our database — for example, how long ago they bought their home, the property type and information they share with us — to estimate who may benefit from a valuation or review of their home's value. This analysis is only used to prioritise commercial contact made by people on our team; it does not make automated decisions with legal effects about you. We do this based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a relevant commercial relationship, and you may object at any time — just tell us during any contact or write to geral@livinrealestate.pt, and we will stop including you in this analysis.
We use artificial intelligence tools to support content writing (property descriptions, newsletters, market studies) and the internal organisation of our work. All content we publish or send you is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before going out. We do not use AI to make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
